Horrible customer service and shoes did not come with “Son Of God” on bottom

"My girlfriend bought the shoe for me for my birthday in July. It did not come in until September. Once it came in, we saw that both shoes did not have the “son of God “on the bottom. My girlfriend and I understand that mistakes can happen in manufacturing, but when we contacted the customer service of concrete Eden, they would not respond back for weeks. The discourse took a total of six months. The end result was that they were wanting us to send back the shoe to them, pay the shipping for it to be sent back, and it wasn’t even guaranteed for them to refund us once they received it, even though the product was messed up when we got it. My girlfriend and I were very disappointed, and we will never shop at this business again, not because they messed up the product, but because their customer service was horrible concerning how they handled it."

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I ordered my boyfriend these shoes in the beginning of July and didn't get them until September. They explained to me that this was out of their control and I was very patient. Then the shoes came in and they didn't have the lettering on the bottom of the shoe like it was supposed to. I reached out about this and they said I could send them back and get more shoes but it would take another 2-3 months to get them here and in order for me to get the correct shoes, I had to send the defective ones back to them. They then explained to me that they had to determine if the shoes were in good condition for them to give me my refund which meant, I would have no shoes if I sent them back and my refund was not guaranteed. This whole discourse back and forth took SIX MONTHS. Six months back and forth with them to correct THEIR MISTAKE was absolutely ridiculous. The shoes still look okay but it would've been better with the lettering on the bottom. Don't buy anything from them and if you do, I hope your purchase is correct the first time and they don't mess it up. If it's messed up, they won't do much to fix it."
